Deliveries
How will my order be delivered?
UK
You may choose from the following tracked delivery options at checkout: Standard delivery via Royal Mail or Express delivery via DHL Express.
Standard 3-5 working days £4.95
Express 1-2 working days £7.95
We are pleased to offer FREE delivery on all orders placed over £200. This will be automatically applied at the checkout.
INTERNATIONAL
You may select from the following Royal Mail delivery options at the checkout:
EU 3-5 working days £15
USA 3-5 working days £20
ROW 3-5 working days £20
Where can I see my order status?
You can easily track the status of your VIVERE order though the Shopify “Shop” app using the email that you used to place the order with us. Simply download the app at the Apple or Google Play store.
You will receive an email with tracking information via email when your order has been fulfilled.
When will my order arrive?
UK
We offer 24-hour via DHL Domestic Express which is a Monday to Friday delivery service, and the cut-off time is 15:30 and this service reaches the whole of the UK including Northern Ireland.
We offer 48-hour delivery options within the UK on orders placed before 4pm, Monday to Thursday via Royal Mail.
Rest of World
International orders can take up to 6-8 days

What can I do if my order is late?
We always endeavour to deliver orders on time however, there may be factors outside of our control which may delay your order.
If you have not received your order, please contact our customer services team within 14 days at support@viverelondon.com
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to the UK and the rest of the world.
Can I change the delivery address on my order?
Once orders have been placed the address cannot be amended, due to GDPR regulations.
Can I cancel my order?
Once the order has been made, we are unable to cancel the order.
Returns
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return, exchange or request store credit. If you are wishing to return the item, then you have a further 14 days to post the item back to us. If you do not request a return within the 14 days, the portal will not let you progress into making the return. Please follow the return instructions on the below page:

What items can be refunded?
Any item that you are not happy with for any reason, purchased at the VIVERE website, can be returned to us for a refund.
How do I send something back to you for a refund?

Is postage paid by VIVERE for returns?
Postage is not pre-paid by VIVERE for returns. This will be deducted from your refund cost.
How will the refund be credited back to me?
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the point of purchase.
