Deliveries
How will my order be delivered?
You may select from the following Royal Mail delivery options at the checkout:
Standard 3-5 working days £4.95
Express 1-2 working days £7.95
We are pleased to offer FREE delivery on all orders placed over £150. This will be automatically applied at the checkout.
Where can I see my order status?
You can easily track the status of your VIVERE order though the Shopify “Shop” app using the email that you used to place the order with us. Simply download the app at the Apple or Google Play store.
You will receive an email with tracking information via email when your order has been fulfilled.
When will my order arrive?
We offer 24-hour and 48-hour delivery options within the UK on orders placed before 4pm, Monday to Thursday.
Deliveries are not made on Sundays, so:
48-hour delivery orders placed after 4pm on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday the following week.
24-hour deliveries placed on Saturday before 4pm will be delivered on the following Monday.
Express delivery is not available for offshore addresses (Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Highlands, Northern Ireland)
What can I do if my order is late?
We always endeavour to deliver orders on time however, there may be factors outside of our control which may delay your order.
If you have not received your order, please contact our customer services team within 14 days at support@viverelondon.com
Do you ship internationally or to PO Boxes?
Currently deliveries are UK only and we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Can I change the delivery address on my order?
Once orders have been placed the address cannot be amended, due to GDPR regulations.
Should you wish, and provided the shipment has not been dispatched, your order can be cancelled by emailing support@viverelondon.com and you can then place a new order using the correct address.
Can I cancel my order?
Should you wish to cancel your order for any reason, and providing the shipment has not been dispatched, please email our customer services team on support@viverelondon.com as soon as possible.
Returns
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order you may return it to us for a refund. Please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order that you would like to return your item for a refund, by emailing us at returns@viverelondon.com Once you’ve told us, you then have 14 days to return the goods to us. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the item/s back.
What items can be refunded?
Any item that you are not happy with for any reason, purchased at the VIVERE website, can be returned to us for a refund.
How do I send something back to you for a refund?
Complete the Returns Form that you’ll find within your order. An address label is also provided, and our fully recyclable packaging can be re-used for returning any item. Full details on how to complete a return are enclosed within all deliveries.
Is postage paid by VIVERE for returns?
Postage is not pre-paid by VIVERE for returns. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us so, for your own protection, we recommend sending the parcel using a trackable delivery service.
How will the refund be credited back to me?
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the point of purchase.
Do you offer exchanges?
Should you wish to exchange your item for a different colour or a different size, a refund on your original order will need to be completed and a new order placed.
